RCIA i.e. the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is a process whereby people who are interested in finding out more about our Catholic faith, with a view to becoming a Catholic, gather to have their questions answered.
Mettings are usually held on a weekday evening at 7.30pm during school terms. The program runs from September to Easter, with candidates being baptised at the Saturday evening Easter Vigil Mass. If you are already baptised in another Christian denomination, or are a baptised Catholic who has not been confirmed or received Holy Communion, this is the program for you to receive all the wonderful graces and benefits of our Catholic Faith.
We have two wonderful faith programs accessible on this website for you to learn about the Catholic Faith to help you decide if you want to join the RCIA program. Formed and Sycamore. Press the images below for free access.
